Horton’s Steam Fair was established in 1990 by James Horton, and since then has been supplying vintage amusements for private hire and public events, both in the UK and abroad.
With some of the finest traditional amusements in the country, Horton’s fun fair rides have become renowned for their quality and presentation. While all were built many years ago, a continuous programme of maintenance keeps them in perfect condition and in compliance with all current health and safety legislation – we have a perfect safety record.

Public and Private Events
Horton’s Steam Fair can attend any type of public event and regularly seen at county shows, festivals and fairs. They are available for private hire and have supplied amusements for television and film work, wedding celebrations and corporate fun days. There’s nothing like an old-fashion fairground!
Flexible Fairground Ride Hire
Any of the rides can be supplied individually or in any combination. Also being able to source additional vintage rides, games and stalls to provide anything up to a full size old time fairground.
